iQIYI international SMS login: identify the account first

Identify both the iQIYI service and the account

The official IQ.com international help lists several sign-in routes: email or phone plus password, a mobile number with an SMS code, Facebook, Google, LINE, Apple and QR sign-in on some devices. If you already pay for VIP or have saved viewing history, start with the method used by that account. Logging in with an unrelated new phone can lead to a different account that appears to have lost VIP. iQIYI advises checking the current account and trying the original sign-in method when membership benefits are missing. This guide concerns the international IQ.com service and does not assume that the domestic China service uses the same account or membership rules.

Phone-based sign-in sends a code to the number entered or linked. A short activation expires and cannot promise the next login code for that number. That limitation matters if you want to keep a paid membership. While you still have access, check the email, password and other working sign-in routes associated with your account and record which account owns your subscription. A new number cannot receive texts sent to the old phone or automatically recover the original account's purchases.

Compare countries only for a current new-number SMS step

If your IQ.com screen explicitly offers to text a new mobile number, confirm the calling code, full number format and region permitted by that screen before comparing the offers below. The US and UK use different calling codes; a low quote is no use when the region does not fit the form. The picker shows the current pool, activation window and final CNY charge. After ordering, ask iQIYI to send the code during that window and read it under Active orders. SMS4U receives the text only; it cannot guarantee iQIYI will accept a number or move VIP benefits between accounts.

If no text appears, check that you are using the intended international service, that the calling code and digits are correct, and that you did not enter a password or third-party login path by mistake. Avoid sending many new codes and mixing up older and newer messages; follow the current screen. If iQIYI is asking to verify an already linked old phone, an order for a new number cannot collect that code. Instead, check whether email, a password or a connected sign-in method still reaches the existing account.

Change a phone from the right account, or seek support

IQ.com help says a signed-in user can set or change a mobile number or email from personal settings on the website, or through Me, Settings, Account and Security in the app, completing the verification shown on screen. The new phone or email should not already be registered to another iQIYI account. If the change cannot be completed, the official guidance asks the user to submit feedback. If VIP is missing, inspect the payment record and original login method before making a new account. A short SMS order does not replace iQIYI's account checks, support or a recovery route you can keep using.
