退款政策

订单页显示的状态与规则是实际执行依据；后端会对退款与完成操作进行校验。

激活号

激活号应在订单有效期内用于接收验证码。用户可依据订单页面的可用操作取消未成功使用的订单；订单已完成、已成功收到短信或不符合上游退款条件时，不支持退款。具体结果以订单状态和平台校验为准。

长租号

订单创建后的前 2 分钟：不可退号。
创建后第 2 至第 20 分钟：可免费退号。
超过 20 分钟：不可退号；订单可继续使用至所购租期结束，并可按订单规则完成。

余额与号码退款

账户余额充值不支持提现或退回原支付渠道。未成功收到短信的号码，如符合订单取消条件，退款将退回 SMS4U 账户余额；已成功收到短信、已完成或不符合订单规则的号码不支持退款。

异常订单

如果发现重复扣费、系统错误或订单状态异常，请保留订单编号并通过客服邮箱或 Telegram 联系。我们会核查订单、上游状态和日志后处理。

Refund Policy

The order page and server-side validation control the applicable action.

Activation numbers

Cancellation is available only where the order remains eligible. Completed orders, orders that received an SMS, or orders outside upstream refund conditions are not refundable.

Rental numbers

First 2 minutes: cancellation is unavailable.
Minute 2 through minute 20: free cancellation is available.
After 20 minutes: cancellation is unavailable; the number remains usable until the purchased rental period ends.

Eligible refunds

Eligible refunds are returned to the SMS4U account balance. Report duplicate charges or abnormal order states through support with the order ID.
