Magicbricks OTP: contacting a property advertiser versus account sign-in
Magicbricks may request an OTP before sharing an advertiser’s contact details. That flow differs from existing-account sign-in and later property communications.

An advertiser enquiry is more than reading a text
Magicbricks’ help explains that a property visitor selects Contact Agent, Owner or Builder, enters contact details, and types the OTP sent to the mobile number. The enquiry is then delivered to the advertiser and contact details may be shown. Your name, email and phone can therefore be used for follow-up property conversations. Decide whether a short-lived number is suitable before submitting it.
Existing-account sign-in is a different path: the sign-in page may ask for a password or a code to the number already registered. A new SMS order will not receive an OTP addressed to that old number. Read the country selector and expected phone format on the actual Magicbricks screen.

Indicative activation prices in USD come from the current inventory snapshot. Check the app-country pool, duration and final CNY charge in the picker.

Check the India combination and the real use case
The India number page shows whether Magicbricks has a current activation offer. An SMS4U quote cannot guarantee that a property form accepts a particular number. It also says nothing about whether an advertiser is genuine or a listing is accurate.
The picker shows the app-country pair, pool, order duration, indicative USD price and final CNY charge. If that specific pair is unavailable, a quote for another country is not a substitute. People expecting callbacks or repeated viewing appointments should prefer contact details they can keep rather than a single-use inbox.
Resolve an absent OTP without weakening safety
The Magicbricks sign-in interface offers resend and other prompts, but first compare the destination, country code and active order. A form restricted to a particular local format will not be fixed by buying another unsuitable number. Preserve the exact error before contacting official support; SMS4U can display a delivered text, not force Magicbricks to send one.
Enter an OTP only on the Magicbricks page you opened yourself. Do not send it to an advertiser. Receiving a code does not validate the listing, advertiser identity or payment terms. Continue through the platform’s own contact and transaction channels.
